Jobsite workbench router plate insert

Jobsite workbench router plate insert

This is two piece (my printer is not big enough to print a single piece this large) replacement for a router base plate. It does NOT serve as a router base plate - just an insert to make the table top a reasonably smooth surface. I made this because I did not want to keep taking the router off of the plate and I wanted a workbench surface I could use. This goes together quite snugly and fits perfect in my workbench. Since it is a plastic bench, the tolerances might vary from piece to piece so you might need to scale it very slightly to fit your table. This fits the Husky Jobsite Workbench that Home Depot sells for about $100
