I chose to remix and print the 3dimensionz model, with the following adjustments:

I embossed a 4.0 onto the nozzle and flattened its tip more to scale

I added small discs between the fittings and the suit, where the base model seemed otherwise vulnerable to printing without supports.

The clean-shaven face seemed an obvious oversight, but I clearly lacked the skills to add printable face fuzz, so that part of the remix needs more work by a talented modeler.

I was able to print this model on my CR6-SE with a 0.4mm nozzle, using Cura 14.3.1 Arachne Beta 2 to slice it at 0.12mm layer height (0.24mm initial layer height), 0.42mm line width, at 50mm/sec.

I used the Cura overlapping models feature to set the nozzle infill to 100%, while the rest of the figure was 25%. With 3 walls, the hose from case to suit printed without infill.

I used custom supports to hold the nozzle steady, blocked all support between the left boot and the case, and blocked all support from the waist-up, on the character.

It took approx 8hrs 44min to print.
