Johnson 1889 caliper battery cover

I needed some battery covers because my students somehow manage to keep losing them. I checked with Johnson, and their website doesn't list anything as spare parts, so I measured the cover from one of the last of the calipers that still had its cover, tweaked the result a little, and here it is. There are supports included in the model to make sure that the cover stays upright during printing. They overlap the cover by 0.1mm, which seems to give them good attachment to the cover while still making it easy to remove them.
