Jointed Minnow Fishing Lure

This is my take on the popular jointed style minnow fishing lure. There are many ways to fish this but I prefer to fish it top water, although a nice jerk retrieve will attract a good hit too. There are 3 different sizes (equivalent to the Rapala sizes J-9, J-7, and J-5. These lures are printed in halves (four pieces) and are glue together after printing. (much like most of my lures) They are a little harder to assemble than my other top water lure becuase there are more pieces and parts. Hardware Required to Assemble (5) Alignment Pins (made from 1.75mm filament) (5) #6 Figure 8 Hook Hangers (Available from Worth Company for the J-9 & J-7 Size. (5) #0 Stainless Steel Sinker Eyes. (Available from Lurepartsonline.com for the J-5 size I used #6 , #10 , #12 Treble Hooks w/ #3 or #2 Split Rings depending on the lure size.
