This provides a tool that is not offered by the manufacturer, but is needed to get a solid mounting for the Jokab/ABB Inca 22 e-stop switch. Be sure to buy this switch with Jokab/ABB's adhesive e-stop legend disc. The tool will help you get it tight, but the switch can still rotate without the use of their adhesive legend disc. The index tab on this switch is fragile and too short to engage a legend disc and a panel. It needs to lock on the adhesive disc. I created this tool while I worked for Intek Systems (aka - Neff Automation), a Jokab re-seller. The STL file includes support structure that helps build this vertically. You should print with support turned on in your slicing software and set for 30 degrees overhang or higher to handle the three horizontal rods and the curved area above the hex nut. The hole & cavity through the hex nut into the interior of the tool was created to force shell walls and make for a stronger transition from the hex nut to the hollow barrel. It should be printed with the hex nut detail on the build plate and the open barrel facing up - to ensure the jam nut that jokab provides with the switch fits the tool correctly. The fit is very snug and holds the nut securely. Some users like the support structure and keep it for hand tightening, while others cut it off after printing and prefer using a socket wrench. You might consider a test print where you use your slicing software to only print the top 1/2" (or 13mm) to proof the nut recess sizing without printing the whole tool. This way, if the nut fits too tight or too loose you can increase or shrink the size by a few percent to make a good tool. I hope this helps many Jokab-ABB inca users.
