In the comics and on Tv Joker made a utility belt to fight batman Well This is my Version of it Sorry guys, I didn't see the raised bias of the face went thru the buckle- So i FIKKED DOOD Techognome Instructions once again belt should be 1 1/2 inch web fabric- if you print the 3d buckle raised bias, paint to match hair and flesh green hair white flesh- let you figure out the red lips. I have included a hollowed face bucked with separate face components as separate files for those who want to attempt building the build by printing in separate colors
