The high-res version matches the original icons, with the same hole below and dimensions. The icons use the original, detailed vector images. However, both the deep hole and required resolution make it essentially unprintable on FDM using a 0.4mm nozzle. The low-res version is redesigned to be perfect for 0.4mm. And with some additional print settings tinkering (speed adjustment, ironing etc) and stringing removal, you can get a near-perfect finish. Alternatively, letter variants are provided, though untested.
