Joule Sous Vide Sink Bracket

<p>This is a very simple, but handy bracket to be able to safely attach your Joule Sous Vide machine to a kitchen sink. I've made 3 version, for 25mm, 30mm and 35mm wide sink dividers. It's possible you can scale the closest one to fit your sink.</p><p>The point of this was to be able to just the kitchen sink as a big Sous Vide bath. This turned out to be really helpful for our new family hobby; home made cheese. Keeping correct temperature is critical, for &nbsp;a very large 2 gallon pot of milk. What better place than in the sink, right?</p>
