Journeys in Middle-earth modular and expandable organizer system

These STL files can be used to print an organizer system that stores all the pieces from the Journeys in Middle-earth base game, the Villians of Eriador expansion, and the Shadowed Paths expansion, with a little extra room leftover. Once all the organizers are placed in the original boxes, they form a snug fit, allowing the game to be moved or stored on its side if desired. It has been designed in a modular way to accommodate future expansions by printing more of the necessary types of organizers (cards, enemies, tokens, terrain etc). One layer of modules will fit in an expansion box, while two layers will fit in the base box. In either case, there will be a small amount of space left at the top of the box to store the rule books and battle maps. For the card modules, I like to store the class cards in the smallest slots, upside down. Since the cards are stored at an angle, you can see the class name peeking out of the top for quick identification. I have found this greatly simplifies the task of upgrading the decks after each mission. And yes, the card organizers were meant to work with sleeves. For those that don't want to use the fixed card dividers, there is an alternate card storage module with separate, removable dividers that you can print instead. The egg-carton type module for the heroes features a recessed center so that the tarot cards for the heroes can be stored on top of the hero figures themselves. The hex tile modules have two versions. The default ones have a length and width of 2/3 of the box length and width in order to make them snug with the other modules. As these are the largest pieces, I have included some alternate hex modules that are slightly smaller for those that have a smaller print bed. Lastly, there is an open box module. Personally, I use this for the playmats I received for pre-ordering the game, but you can use it for anything, or you can print an extra card or miniature organizer to fill that space instead. If you experience any issues, let me know and I can tweak the design for you.
