This restrictor was specifically made for the x-arcade tankstick. It is designed to be inserted from the top without having to open the console. Print 2x and install the 2 halves under the plastic washer. Orient such that the corners of the square are Up Down Left Right for UDLR play (Pac-Man for ex.). Orient with flat sides UDLR for 45 degree play (Q-bert). It isn't perfect in terms of preventing other inputs completely, but it does help guide to joystick to the desired location.
