Mousseron Jules was born in Denain, the " Flat coron " in a family of miners ; he works himself to the mine from the age of twelve years and one day ( January 1 is a public holiday ) as trammer . When meeting in 1886 Blottiaux Adelaide , one who will become his wife , he began to write poetry for her , first in French . But it is by writing texts rouchi , on the advice of Julien Renard, he presents in local shows he begins to experience some success. He published his first collection , from below Flowers in 1897 .   This object is part of "Scan The World".
