My answer to a question about A 3D TEXTUREA fast procedure. See SW 2106 file. 1. Sketch of two concentric polygons whose sides are perpendicular to the vertices of the other.2. Extrusion of surfaces with a height relative to the segment of the polygon (here, 70% of height). Repeat this extrusion in order to obtain other edges.3. Sketches 3d of triangles joining the vertices of these surfaces.4. Fill the surface of these 3d sketches5. Repetition of 8 surfaces to the edge number of the polygons.6. Sew the surfaces, repeat and sew them again.7. Thicken and make a volume inside the body, repeat it (again the number     Of edges) in rotation and combine all the volumes!Pretty heavy as a file depending on the number of facets obviously.Note: the joint at the center could disappear, it is only the random location of the bending deformation.
