Jungle Cruise - Boat Model (Revised)

When you want to go down a river that goes on for Niles... and Niles... and Niles... This model is based off of the original blueprints for the ride vehicles that ply the waters of Disneyland. ----- I finally got a chance to test print my previous version of this model (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4499266) and wasn't quite happy with how it was turning out. So I went back to the drawing board and started fresh from scratch. I pulled the blueprints back into Inkscape and cleaned up some of the weird artifacts that were floating around inside the previous model. I tried to make these useful by sticking to an O and HO scale - these models are each 25' long in scale. I was inspired to aim for scale by the Jungle Navigation Company On30 layout (https://www.facebook.com/JungleNavigationRR/). Printing at HO scale may be hard with the very fine support poles, so I've also included a version that beefs up the supports to 2mm (instead of 1) and sizes the canopy mate holes accordingly. I'll toss these on the platter this week to test them out - so I might tweak the file over the next few weeks. This design is based on the concept blueprints for the original 1955 ride vehicle. On my to-do list is an "as built" model as well. That should print a little easier as it has fewer complex shapes. ;-)
