Junior888 face shield with perforated A4 sheet

thingiverse

Corona face shield made from simple office equipment and a slim 3D printed head-band. Our team at Junior IOT has made a stackable design and fast gcode for various 3D printers is available on our web page. On this page we supply additional information to get you going. Our project page is in dutch: https://junioriot.nl/junior-iot-tegen-corona/ This is our version V2.2 where no longer any support is needed. A bottom layer is added to create bed ahesion. This layer is meant to tear off to protect the printed product. To complete the product, you need an A4 transparent sheet. The UltraClear A4 170 or 200 micron binder sheets work fine for our goal. Use an office perforator in A4/888 setting to punch the 4 holes. Supply 3 rubber bands of different size so the user can create a good fit. We package the item for the end user with 10 pieces in a zip lock, or 9 pieces in an A4 mailer box. More details are available on our website. This project is a remix of the Brüssel888, see https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4239203 Please let us know when you make the product.
