I've decided to let this 60% version of the V1 out for Free, just please do me a favor and post your makes!! I would like to know how I can Improve these frame style designs in the future. Enjoy! This is the first release of the Junkers JU87D Stuka project. This was made by converting old style balsa wood plans into a 3d model that could be broken up for printing. This V1 model is just a static replica, in the future I may convert it into an RC model. Included in this initial release is a full set of .stl parts pre-scaled to 60%, you can make it bigger but it will not go smaller as the frame will become too brittle. The test print turned out great was done in glow in the dark PLA, it will be hanging from my ceiling without covering to show off its skeleton design. Its a pretty easy to print model, and can be completely assembled with only a hot glue gun, support cleaning can be a little tricky as with all these frame models you have to be careful not to clip parts of the frame. I have included only left side .stl files atm but you can just mirror them in the slicer for the right side, planes are symmetrical. I will update here if I make any changes, and I will be uploading G-codes files as well for different sized printers in the next couple days. 3/12/2023: added gcode files in a .zip for 300mm size beds, and ender 3 size gcode files. make sure you select the right size for your printer. 3D printing settings 1 wall, 20% infill, 10% support density, .2mm layer height
