The nubs on the lid from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:214685 were designed incorrectly. Depending on slicer settings, it would print the nubs almost like supports that would just snap off, and leave behind a divot on the lid. This is because the nubs were enclosed half-spheres inset into the lid. I've fixed the STL and uploaded it here. I invite the author to steal it wholesale and add it back into their original set of files.
