My upcoming project requires boxes, so I created this design measuring 80mm x 80mm x 40mm in external dimensions. To ensure versatility, I uploaded it without any pre-drilled holes. The lid is snap-fit and screw-free. It assembles seamlessly (but beware: the tight fit may require a thin, strong tool like a knife blade to open). Note that this model is optimized for Slic3r; using different slicing software might result in a loose lid needing adjustment. For printing, I recommend a .35mm nozzle and .2mm layer height with solid infill.
