K-8600_SBM20 Very small, basic geiger Counter

thingiverse

This is a very simple, very small Geiger counter based on a tiny K-8600 board (can be found on eBay) and a Russian SBM-20. This board cannot seem to drive anything bigger than a SBM-20 in the 400V range, but works well enough. There's a power button, an LED and a piezo element for the clicks, very basic. It runs off a 9V battery, which is where the majority of the unit's weight is coming from. The surface is much smaller than my cell phone (although twice as thick due to the battery). Both pieces just click together, no screws required.
