Great model to begin with, the neck was a great fit! I made the neck pin longer because I used two top ball pieces that have a deeper centre hole. I also put a hole in the ball for wires to run from the head to the base. I used a 5000% scale from the original and you can see it dwarfs my son's Vader CD player. it might be a bit big, I used bondo puddy to make the head smooth and then Silver paint with darker metallic paint on top. The light sanding makes it look like it's worn off paint on metal. I changed the base to make it smaller and less time and expense to print. ( I'll get a back cover made someday) The eye uses an 8mm white LED. the wire runs through the neck into the base. The parts are black for the eye socket, clear for the eye and centre diffuser, and I used grey for the small ring in the eye. It gave it a more realistic look when the LED is on or off. When the Arduino processor is added I hope to have him speak as well, that's why there is a space at the back of the base. I wanted to mention cost. This thing was so big it took over 1kg of filament. Then bondo, paint and glue. Likely $60 or more when all is said and done. Not for the feint of heart to print, it was approx 100 hours total. I got the mini MP3 player working: https://youtu.be/BBoJKHqOXHU I used a DFPlayer mini off of ebay, a 3.7 v lithium ion battery, a toggle switch, and powered the LEDs by putting a 220 ohm resistor in series, to dim them a bit. I had the speaker, it came out of a greeting card,
