I designed an Exhaust duct for my K40 printer that directs the exhaust up at a 90deg angle as I needed. This is for one of the updated K40's with the 120mm fan in the back. The build is 2 parts as the top needs to be removed to open the laser tube chamber. It fits snug, and may require some slight sanding of the elbow. This connects to a 4" flexible duct. I printed it in PETG, with supports at .3 layer height. It is a big print, but is rock solid.
