K40 Air Assist with Laser Cross

Air Assist Nozzle including fixture for two line lasers. The line lasers look straight downward and build a right angle cross - if properly aligned, the cross is exactly where the CO2-Laser hits the target, no matter how the hight is adjusted. The cross is quit large and allows adjustment of material in the right angle on the cutting bed. It is designed for laser modules with an outer diameter of 12mm and a hose diameter of 5.5 mm outside (a "6mm" silicone hose did fit snuggly). I included the Fusion360 file as you might need to adjust these diameters to you needs. I used a silicone hose and it stays in position by just sticking the the hole - no glue used. The lasers and the whole part is fixed using M3 bolts. I have cut an M3-Thread in the PETG-3D-printed part for these bolts.
