I recently purchased a couple of K40 Chinese laser cutters but one of them was missing the supports for the laser tube so I figured that I could just print some replacements. I did a couple of tests before finalising the design. Print Settings Printer: Dreammaker Overlord Pro Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.3 Infill: 5% more if you like How I Designed This I started with Illustrator getting the dimensions correct then just opened in 123D Design and expanded the parts, You could reduce the width of the holder but I wanted it wide so's not to damage the the tube.
