To find out more be sure to visit http://www.DIY3DTech.com as this "Thing" is an adapter to allow a 12mm Laser lens (from a K40 eBay Chinese CO2 Laser Cutter & Engraver) to be fitted into a 18mm Light Objects Air Assist housing. The bushing was designed in Open SCAD and the parametric file is included. Suggest printing at 0.1 (0.2 will also work) layer height and 20% in-fill. Also suggest placing the "top down" into the opening of the Light Objects Air Assist housing. Also the parametric file adjust a bit for the coefficient of plastic, however you might have to shave a bit off to fit the lens and this is good as the lens should fit tight into the bushing so it doesn't move.
