This is a rigid mount for the K40 laser 2nd mirror. K40 stock laser cutter comes with a flimsy white-peeling-paint rusting sheetmetal mount for the 2nd mirror. The sheetmetal shproings up and down as if it was made from spring steel, whenever there is fast Y-stepper acceleration (ie. corners)... manifesting as squiggles in the laser path. Which I find horribly ugly. Needed: 3 of M3x20mm buttonhead screws 2 of M3x10mm buttonhead screws FYI: - the stock white steel POS weighs 38g. - I had to move my laserhead about 4mm closer to the gantry. So cutting 4mm off the rubber hose endstop should gain you an extra 4mm of Y-travel. - re-aim 2nd mirror as usual.
