A simple laser mount for the K40 laser cutter. You need a line and a dot laser for this, plus power them. For that I recommend using this: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:993505. I used the laser dot mount from this design: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:558587 Print Settings Printer: Kossel mini 2020 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 20% Notes: Doesn't really matter, just print it with your casual settings. Mine was made from PLA. Post-Printing Alignment After assembling and wiring, you need to align your lasers. I think the best way to do so is to cut a straight line on something, then align the line laser to it. After that align the dot to be on the line, when your workpiece is in focus.
