This is a Air Assist for the well known k40 china laser. It has the following advantages over other constructions I found:

it works with a radial fan, not with a diaphragm pump

It is not screwed to the laser head, but can simply be clip onto the lens nut. So you can easily remove it to measure the focus distance without screwing.

It prints without support, with an integrated break-off brim that is removed after printing.

The radial fan is used in 3D printers and can be connected to the 5V output of the board.

Print instructions

It prints without support, with an integrated break-off brim that is removed after printing. As there are overhangs and bridgings, I recommend printing with PLA, 100% cooling, detect bridging perimeters. If the printing of the upper fan mount doesn't work, decrease the temperature and also "Filament Settings/Cooling/Min print speed".
The one you can see in the pictures is a prototype, printed with PETG. Should have printed it slower. But nevertheless it works.
