This design is made for the popular K40 Laser Cutter. It supports a standard 100mm exhaust pipe. BOM: * 3mm Plywood * 3mm Felt (Polyester) * Tape * Wood Glue * Exhaust Pipe D=100mm The pictures show the assembly step by step. Please note the position of the tape on the top part. Leaving a margin of at least 2mm to the side edge for glue side and top part together. I use a 3mm Polyfelt for sealing between K40 housing and the exhause. You can use the wood glue to fix it on the plywood. Happy cutting...
