K40 Laser Cutter 3D Printed Exhaust Port

This is a 3D printed exhaust port to replace the oem sheetmetal one. This one is shorter so that it doesn't block the upper part of the bed like the factory one. Also, it mounts from outside the machine so that it can be installed or removed easily and without having to unbolt any other parts. I used some M4 rivet nuts in the factory holes to avoid having to mess around with nuts. Update: I've had a few people ask about the possibility of a wider vent that flows even more air. I have uploaded a second variant that is as large as I could get away with, it flows even better but it may not fit in all machines like the first one does due to manufacturing variances between different machines. It also has been refined slightly over the original design. Enjoy!
