Made this tiny duct for a friends K40 laser cutter/engraver (27mm opening) and efb0412vhd delta fan he had lying around at his awesome new maker space (www.treasurecoastmakerspace.com), maybe it'll help you too. It's not absolutely ideal, as the fan is so powerful it seems to recycle smoke a little bit, but stronger cross ventilation should solve that. I've also uploaded the fan model I made, just because.
