This is probably the simplest Z-bed solution of this type out there. There is only one printed part (Qty 8), and the rest of the hardware can be found at any home improvement store. Bill of Materials K40 Z-Bed Corner - 3D Printed - Qty 8 4" 5/16-18 Bolt - Qty 4 5/16-18 Hex Nut - Qty 12 Aluminum C-Channel - 3/8" x 1/2" x 48" 1/16 Thick - Qty 2 The C-Channel should be cut to the following dimensions for a standard K40: 315 mm Qty 4 200 mm Qty 4 That's it!
