Last edit 17.10.2021 add the FreeCad File for the lower corner edit 23.06.2021 add pictures which shows the bed after about 20 hours of usage. The front left corner is heavily used and the magnet there is really helpful. edit 30.05.2021: add bed support with an additional 10x10 shaped tube rotated by 45 degrees. edit 26.05.2021: Add more pictures with the end stop and also the length of the shaped tubes, detail picture of the brass nuts, add the link for the ball bearings, update the print settings. Please keep in mind this is not the cheapest one especially if you need to source everything! But when you do have some of the parts already feel free to use the FreeCad files and modify them to your needs. It also needs some other board to control the bed, but with that you can build an auto focus easily. The tubes can connect by glue or an small screw as shown in the detail picture of one brass nut from below. The outer dimensions of the upper bed are 360 by 273mm --> check if this fits your need or the belt will not fit without modifying some parts!
