This was printed in one piece at Shapeways in 2011. Wall thickness is .7mm. It may not print today at Shapeways as their criteria is more scrutinizing. I have one further redesign but have abandoned project for now - it's costly to have test prints run for each revision. This model is here to demonstrate my innovation - for consideration in the Staples 3D printing challenge. This will not print at Staples. Anyone interested in this model or revisions please contact me. There is a K6 and a K8 version too. The video has nearly 200,000 views on youtube!
