Some other dual z-axis for Velemann K8200 / 3Drag No space loss for Z movement. Parts: belt: Neopren 506-XL-037 (other langs with the different spanner possible) bearing: 626-2Z 8mm spring needed for Dual Z Arm Endsupport from there:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:175137 Arm with backlash eliminator inspired from:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:235494 Sliced with Cura, inner diameter shuld be sliced right with Slic3r to. Optimized for innerdiameter bug. Dual span V2.0 with 5mm is a bit less tighten belt. Now new: Dual span V2.1 8mm Perfect one for my belt, easy tension adjust, just move left or right for more/less tension. Move great @ 10mm/min up to 300mm/min. Faster not tested but i think it's possible. Update: It will be better to print endsupport and holder parts with more infill. I used only 25% and one of the endsupport is brocken because belt tension. Update2: Add some arm for 17mm nut. Attention! Please check before print! I don't need it, so I don't print it for myself but it should be right. Update3: Forgot to declare: You will need a longer Z bar. Mine is around about 420mm active and 430mm passive one. Update4: Find some other (maybe better?) solution for belt spanner:http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:979044
