K8200/3Drag Full Graphic Controller Enclosure

An K8200/3Drag enclosure for the RepRap Full Graphic Smart Controller. It was my design goal to achieve a solution with as few components as possible and preferably without screws. In the design process, my goals were achieved, but the solution was difficult to print and did not have the strength I wanted. I ended up with a design using only two screws, press fits and is easy to print ... The hole on the left side is for adjusting display contrast and the X button is reset. Hope you like it :-) Besides the printed parts you will need two hex cap M3x12mm screws (DIN 4762). Self threading plastic screws can be used instead of M3 screws. Print the following and assemble as shown on the picture: 1x Enclosure 2x Clips 1x Knob Optionally 2x Insulator for M3 screws. I used PTEG plastic for the enclosure shown on the picture, as it has very little warping. I think most filament types will work as long as it has some springiness. Print Settings Printer: Prusa i3 MK2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.20mm Infill: 25% and 50% for clips and insulator Notes: 3 perimeters, 3 top and bottom layers.
