K8200 Aluhotend V5C Extruder Mount With Fan

This is a mount that allows one to use the Aluhotend V5C on the k8200 with the fan. The V5C is half the price of the E3D extruder and in my experience it performs the same. The fan connects to the 12v port on the K8200 board, all other parts in the kit are a direct replacement. I've uploaded the .par file (solid edge) so you can customize it if you think of a better design.
