K8200 extruder air duct base

I download this very usable "K8200 Airduct" (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:262352) from kuraasu for my Velleman k8200 printer. After printing other different air duct and having not so much good results, I found this very good one. The only problem is that it does not include a base to install it. The creator, kuraasu, recommend the use of wire to create the holding base, which is a good idea. I use the original fan aluminum base for few days, but it is not strong enough to hold the "Airduct" without vibrations. People after few days using my base it fails dropping the air duct over a job. It is not a base fails, but the glue, so I return to my original draw and make this new base_v4.stl piece. Version 3 is not bad, but it is very difficult to print well on my printer setup. This latest one print very well and fit very well too without modify anything. Only need to rotate the draw to put the vertical support flat on the bed and long enough fan cables because the fan need to be rotate because the base does not has any other way to manage the cables. The screws are the same 3 x 20mm to hold the fan and the same 4mm hex screw to hold the base against the Z axis original support. Please try this one if you have no good glue result like me. The base files include were draw in freeCAD. Instructions I used PLA and Acrylic Stick Superbonder to glue it to the air duct part. The base use the original metric nut and allen screw and you can adjust the air duct height without too much problem. The original aluminum fan support base need to be re-adjust to accommodate/align the air duct against the extruder heater. For printing I prefer to rotate the piece flat against the printer bed.
