I swapped out the anti-backlash nut for a regular one. If you're working with a TR8X2 threaded rod, make sure to adjust "steps per mm" in Z: to 400. Printing with no rafts or supports, and a layer height of 0.2mm is key when using transparent filament - I went all out at 100% infill.
