The z-stop switch is typically secured by a single screw which can cause accidental rotation or downward movement over time. Additionally, there have been reports from other forums about issues related to z-switch activation due to extruder carriage interference. This design ensures sufficient space between the switch activation handle and the extruder carriage for smooth operation. On the back of the part, a foundation structure is mounted with one screw, mirroring its original shape. A second hole allows secure attachment of the z-stop switch. Through personal experience, this solution has resolved issues associated with inconsistent z-axis origin locations.
