The Heat isolator in the K8400/K8203 extruder requires periodic replacement of its small PTFE lining tube.\r\n\r\nTo replace it, get a new sleeve and cut it to exactly 23.0mm with an accuracy of +/- 0.15mm.\r\n\r\nCutting this length by hand can be a real challenge.\r\n\r\nPush the sleeve into this guide first, then use the ends as a reference point to trim it with a sharp knife. This technique will help you achieve straight cuts and ensure the final length is precisely 23mm.
