NEED SOME SMALL EXTENSION OF THE END STOP PINS DIRECTION! Now use STANDARD and lighter linear bearings. Can mount 2 E3d v6 heads with no need to modify the coldend. Doest eat up alot of print space and has proper cooling for E3d's and printed parts. cable management with ziptie on the clamps. Can be printed without any support generation from any slicer! *part cooling not yet tested. but think it this should suffice, incase the 50x15 radial fan doesn't have enough airflow/pressure the just plug up some holes with some filament since the holes are 2mm in diameter. On a side note the main part of the frame should be 50mm wide... mine was always 0.5mm off when printing so i scaled it to 101% in the XY plane. In case the bearings are too lose in the frame then wrap them with some tape untill they fit snugly without wobble, and dont over tighten the 4 scews or it will deform the bearings a bit and lockup the asembly. The distance between the nozzle's should be 32mm, any deviation possible due mounting in a 3d printed part etc and obv reasons. BOM: 4x 45mm m3 screws 5x 12+mm m3 screws 9x m3 nut (or 5 normal and 4 self locking for on the bottom side) 2x 50x15 radial fan 4x times LM8UU or igus dryline Future additions/modificatons: BL touch sensor mount. (dont have one yet but am considering it) Actual clamp method for the radial fans instead of pressfit/glue.
