"Kalip" Drill press (Dremel mount)

Description; This model is my take on a dremel based drill press mount. I've seen quite a few but I wanted to make one in a day with parts I had on hand, so I just designed, printed and made my own. This version does not use linear bearings, just 10mm smooth rods direct contact with the main carriage, which has four tightening screws. The brackets for mounting the dremel is changeable and modular, so the press can be changed to fit different equipment (haven't made any other brackets than ones for my own dremel, fits 50mm+/-3 tools, do request parts though) Required parts; 4 - 175mm long, 10mm smooth rods 1 - 65...110mm long, M6 threaded rod 1 - 125mm long, M6 threaded rod 18 - M4 nuts 7 - M6 nuts 2 - M3 nuts (or some kind of thumb screw, still M3) 18 - 15mm long, M4 bolts (preferably umbraco) 2 - 25...40mm long, M3 bolts (Optional;) 8 - Mounting screws of choice, MAX head dia; 8mm, prefered coned wood screws 2 - Springs of choice. MIN 11mm inner dia, preferably 30...40mm long and reasonably strong Other; Additionally i want to give credit to mitchnajmitch for the gear and gear strip, I have remodeled them more or less completely but those two parts were based on his design. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Di3 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.1mm...0.3mm Infill: 33%...66% Notes: Supports should not be necessary, any bridges are small and no overhangs that are external should be above 45 degrees Post-Printing At the time of posting this I have not completely finished it, so I cant show the finished model. Optional springs, bottom solution. (I may add a optional topside solution) How I Designed This
