A quick model of Kanan Jarrus' LightSaber from Starwars Rebels. Once glued together, this model splits into two parts, the guard and hilt, as per the show. A disc magnet in each part keeps them together. The base hilt takes a 15mm inner diameter PVC core to align all the pieces. Likewise, the two guard pieces take 4 pieces of 3mm filament or rod as alignment pins. The guard and hilt joint takes a single 12mm diameter x 3mm deep disc magnet to ensure that the two parts stay together. I found that I needed a decent amount of support to print the "satellite dish" section of the guard, if anyone has smarter way to print this, let me know! Let me know what you think :)
