Kangertech DripBox / DripMod Replacement Mouthpiece

This is the first object I've ever designed from scratch, it's basic, it serves it's intended purpose but it could be better (I lack the skills at this stage to improve it) This is a replacement mouthpiece for a Kangertech DripBox e-cigarette. The standard one tends to snap and crack easily when dropped so I designed this as a replacement and with a nicer curved profile rather than the flat sides the original had. Due to the size of it, you may have issues printing this on some printers, I had to print with supports but found the supports difficult to remove without damaging the rest of it. It's usable though and my printer is purely to blame for the issues I had. I'm using a 0.4mm nozzle on a Prusa i3, I think a smaller nozzle would provide far better results. Print Settings Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Notes: Doesn't print well with a 0.4mm nozzle and no print fan, but it is usable. Would benefit from a smaller nozzle and a print fan. Will require rotating in your slicer software to print with the base downwards, not sure why I can't get it to export from Fusion 360 in the correct orientation. Post-Printing I printed with supports, I found them very difficult to remove without damaging the print. I used a thin but strong flat-ended knife (it was pointy, but the tip snapped off) to put in wherever it would fit and twist the supports out. How I Designed This Designed in Fusion 360. Designed as a flat cross-section in the required shape, revolved around the Z axis then used a cuboid shape to make the airflow cutouts near the bottom. All measurements are as close to the original part as possible and it fits the e-cigarette very well, the original O-rings also fit perfectly in the grooves.
