This mask is based on the mask from "6994 Blue Toa - Hahli" that was released with nestle cereal, which did not resemble Hahli Inika's Kanohi Elda at all. Fits Mata and Metru Heads. The Mask of Judgement forces the user’s opponent to experience all the pain they’ve inflicted on others at once, though it is all simply mental/emotional pain, not physical pain.
