This is a Rope Pulley Katrol I designed for use in a staircase. It's a work in progress, so I will make updates improving it's design. The ring on the end is designed to be able to rotate, to allow for movement. In the future I will upload more types of attachments so you don't just only have the option to use this rotating mounting ring.
