This model assists in pouring cat food by the additional step preventing the food from entering the upper part of the box, thus no food falls over when tilting into a vertical position. The opening on the side may need to be slightly widened towards the top, and the perforated flap must be removed. The part can be secured against falling out with rubber bands (see photo).
