The injection molded pulley wheel on my Menard's Kayak hoist broke. Redesigned to use a standard 608XX skateboard bearing (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07216D1SZ?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details) and a 5/16" bolt. To do an entire hoist, you'll need 10 pulleys and 20 bearings. Print with tree supports!
