Kayak seat idea

My idea of seat was that you can put it in any kayak or canoe. The seat would be made of rubber or some kind of foam, so it would be flexible and it would be fit in any kayak. It would be fixed by cover which would be made of waterproof fabric and elastic. The cover could be with extra fabric to get some extra pocket or to enable to get water in kayak.
