Kcs clamp

Kcs clamp

thingiverse

This clamp is a component of my designed reading lamp; it has no specific function yet. To achieve my design goals—printability without vitamins, easy printing, and simple assembly—I created this part. I've also updated the design with a stronger spring and teeth. For printing instructions, use full infill for both left and right parts, ensuring that each layer of the spring is printed in one continuous line. If necessary, create the spring separately to prevent it from detaching during printing. Use a 0.5mm nozzle with an extrusion width of 0.55mm for optimal results. After cleaning the joint area, assemble the clamp by inserting the "male" part into the "female" part and placing the spring inside. However, Ultimaker/Cura users may experience issues with slicing the spring; in this case, consider using another slicer like Slic3r for better results.
