Kegel Pulley HTD5

Kegel Pulley HTD5

A pulley for the Orangatan Kegel wheels (or other with similar core) and HTD5 belts with 42 teeth. Other teeth counts should be doable on request.I chose to not make it hold via bolts but to use an additional bearing. This gives a much lighter solution (bolts and nuts are heavy). I also noticed that the pulley does not wobble as much as the bolted version I had before. Let me know if it works for you! I had to drill the holes out slightly for a better fit of the plugs.I printed this in TPU95A and it worked beautifully.PS: The truck might need some modification to give space to the additional bearing. Takes a saw and 15min.
